1907, OHHS: The Madagascar UPU “Specimens” of the complete 1906 Official stamps series 1m.(5), 2m.(5), 3m.(5), 5m.(5), 1pi.(5) and 5 pi.(3), mounted on a full page from the Official Archival Specimen Ledger, signed and certified by the Director of the Madagascar Postes et Télégraphes, all stamps cancelled with the Madagascar red handstamp “POSTES ET TÉLÉGRAPHES * MADAGASCAR * COLLECTION DE BERNE”, some stamps defective, a wonderful and unique showpiece.
