20pa. blue, lithographic printing, perf. 13 1/3, horizontal pair, tied on 1872 (2.2) part of folded letter from Alexandria to Cairo, by V. R. POSTE EGIZIANE / ALLESSANDRIA / 2 FEB 1872 cds, backstamped on arrival in Cairo, the letter is addressed to the Patriarch of the Maronite Church, to our knowledge it is the only known usage of the 13 1/3 perforated lithographed 20 paras on cover, a great showpiece, cert. Hass (2010).
