Totma: 1894 envelope (petition/application) addressed to the general meeting of the Zemstvo of the Totma district, sent from Kurakino volost (« from the Rezhsk community of the village Monastyrskaya among the 18 homeowners »), franked with multicolour 3k perf. 11 1/2 (narrow margins), cancelled by manuscript date, fine and beautiful cover, a great rarity, ex Fabergé and « Nikolai » (Ch. 1b).
