1866-67 2pa black on thin yellow paper, clear to large margins, used on 12 November 1867 cover carried at printed matter rate in Bucharest, tied by « Bucuresci » cds, two filing creases well clear of the stamp; an extremely rare local printed matter franking, of which we have only recorded one additional example; signed Zoscsak; ex « Cornelia » collection.
