EXTREMELY RARE DESTINATION TO RUSSIA (FINLAND)2d intense blue shade, very close at bottom to very large margins, position 69, tied by superb circular ‘PAID’ hs, on 1860 folded entire from Port Louis via Suez and Marseille to Uleaborg, Russia (now Finland), with red maritime Suez transits and « 2 » manuscript marking, alongside, vivid deep colour, a stunning showpiece and apparently a unique destination usage
Rate: 2d postage on priced catalogues mailed outward by Packet Letter under Article 7 of the Postal Ordinance No. 1 of 1850
