1921 (Nov 3) « Ackland » cover from Vila to Melbourne franked by two 1920-21 2d on 40c red on yellow WMK RF and French issue 1920-21 20c on 30c brown on yellow wmk RF in two vertical pairs, tied or centrally cancelled by light strikes of VILA cds, one 2d on 40c with slight toning but most attractive, and very scarce usage of the 2d on 40c on cover, with only 1200 issued and the vast majority are know mint
