1916 « War Stamp » (ype 20) 1/2d mint strip of three with OVERPRINT OMITTED on right stamp and partially omitted on the middle stamp, diagonal crease through the centre stamp which caused the variety, left stamp faulty at lower right, perfs weak between the stamps so handle with care, a very rare and spectacular War Stamp variety (SG £6’000+)Provenance: Ex Gilbert
