variety YELLOW PORTION PRINTED DOUBLE with a lightly inked second
impression displaced 8mm downwards clearly detectable on both stamps, used with « CHIEF PARCEL (OFFICE) » cancels, fine and unique multiple with
only a few single examples recorded (of which two are in the Royal
