20 Lep, rose aniline, block of ten, cancelled by the rare Intaglio seal of Telegraphic Office of Phaneromeni, on an offical envelope of telegram bearing the Greek Dynasty Coat of Arms, with additional wax seal on reverse also from the Telegraphic Office of Phaneromeni, extremely rare item, being one of the two known covers known with stamp cancelled by this intaglio seal, most probably philatelic, nevertheless an attractive showpiece
