10 Lep, orange, cancelled by the rare Intaglio seal of Telegraphic Office of Phaneromeni, on an offical envelope of telegram bearing the Greek Dynasty Coat of Arms, addressed to His Highness The Prince George (son of the King George I), extremely rare item, being one of the two known covers known with stamp cancelled by this intaglio seal, most probably philatelic, nevertheless an attractive showpiece
