1925 4c Postal stationery card sent REGISTERED from Yenki (Karashar) to Peking via Tihwa (Urumtsi), uprated with 1924-36 1c ochre pair by the Yenki post office wrongly paying 6 cents then uprated further at the Tihwa post office who noticed the shortage and added 1924-26 3c & 5c, paying the 4c rate rate for a postcard mailed between Sinkiang and other provinces in China and 10c registration fee, manuscript « #1 » registration mark at lower left next to blue hs, reverse with Peking arrival, an extremely rare if not unique registered postcard usage from Sinkiang to another province
