1900 (Nov 28) Envelope from the Royal household with embossed crest at top left and wax seal on reverse, sent registered to France with 1896 Olympics 5D, 1D and 60l tied by Athens « 7 » cds, reverse with Dijon and Chalon-sur-Saône arrival bs, fine and very rare high franking (the fourth highest recorded by the vendor) as well as being a very late usage (after the period of validity), cert.
