1852 (Feb 11) Front from POUDRE D’OR to England, with black framed despatch ds (type IIB-2), endorsed « via Southampton » with ms « 1/2 » paying the 2d inland and 1s packet rate, plus « 8 » for letters directed to London, stained but still a very rare example of this village date stamp
