1872 (22.4) Envelope from Cairo via Alexandria to Lugano, Switzerland, franked with Egypt 3rd Issue 1 pi. and Italy 1867 Issue 20 c. and 1863 Issue 40 c. Letter travelled to Alexandria through the Egyptian Post Office and then handed to the Italian Post Office on 1872 (23.4), arrival cancellation in Lugano Switzerland 1872 (30.4), additional marking P.D., minor cvr faults and part flap missing, a scarce usage
