1918 10H blue with of 1st issue with modified cliché: top & bottom margin line with last segment INVERTED (‘MEZZALUNA CAPOVOLTA’), used, only a handful adhesives of this variety have been discovered up to now, no mint example is known with only a few used and apparently one cover known, very fine example of this inconspicuous rarity (Sassone 3A, unpriced)
