1947 UNISSUED 60k BATUM STRIKE, large remainder gum and respectively gum disturbances, very fine for this seldom seen rarity, cert. Zagorski, a semi-modern top-item of Soviet period (Liapin page 319, HB 69, €25’000 for no gum)
Note: All of the few examples known were taken off presentation cards and mostly with gum removed, apparently Stalin disapproved of theses issues Catalogue ref: 1066 (Liap.HB69)
