1919-1924, Old-time specialised collection on vintage album pages, comprehensive with hundreds of mostly mint stamps and errors, incl. first series ‘Fiume’ ovpts on Hungarian complete issues to 10kr parliament mint and all the postage dues, requiring expertisation, accompanied by more than thirty errors incl. inverted ovpts, double ovpts, missing ‘I’, ‘FUIME’, etc., with inverted on 2f postage due used on piece signed, followed by first regular issues complete used on piece, 1919 semi-postals complete mint, 1921 ‘Governo Provisorio’ ovpts on Annunzio complete with Lire values used, the key 1L signed, First Constituent Assembly complete mint, 1923 St. Vitus series complete mint, etc. Also excellent Arbe and Veglia, the majority with signatures, inc. 14mm wide Arbe 25cts mint signed twice and used on piece signed, the other wide setting issues also used on piece separated to fit the album spaces, Veglia with small format complete mint and large format complete used on piece, all signed, as well as the express stamps mint and again virtually all signed, etc. This collection hasn’t seen the light of day for decades and the quality here is a delight, suggesting much was assembled as new issues at the time, with enormous potential on the first issues (Est. € 2’000/3’000)
