Vidin: 1873 Postal Money Order form dated 3 Mayıs 1289 = 15 May 1873 in manuscript, annotated for 1381050 Piastres sent from Vidin to the Ministry of Finance in Constantinople showing very fine and rare Arabic negative with Crescent « Postahane-i Vidin 1278 » (Post Office Vidin 1861) handstamp in greenish black (Coles & Walker fig.87), on top of the form also showing extremely rare Arabic negative « Emanet-i Muntazıri Seyyar » seal (Bayindir fig.1), cert.
