1865 (Mar 4) Front to Manilla with three India 1856-64 4a and three Hong Kong 1863-71 8c cancelled/tied by circle of dots, with despatch cds and Manilla, « 2 » hs adjacent, a few faults, unique as it is the only known combination franking of HK and India in Labuan, a rarity
Note: It is suggested that it was either a triple rate cover (with extra HK franking to ensure transmission) or a six-times rate cover with franking due to a shortage of stamps Vente aux enchères
