The following 16 lots are a new discovery from a European estate and have never been offered on the market before. They were uncovered affixed to an interleave attached by paper hinges. Although some have been affected by humidity, the colours are extremely fresh and all have their original gum. 1884-96 Stamp Duty litho wmk.33 mint og selection with 2s6d yellow, 3s olive-drab, 4s orange (vertical inverted wmk), 5s reddish purple on lemon perf.12 1/2, 6s pea-green and 10s dull bluish green (tear and some toning at lower right), some light gum toning, minor paper adherence on 4s & 5s, fine and fresh (SG £1’355)
