1865-1900, Stunning specialised collection in one album, mounted and written up in Spanish on specially printed pages. The collection begins with near-complete portions of issues to 1897 including 1st issue complete mint & used plus reprints and forgeries as well; 1866-73 issues missing only major rarities, with pairs, strips many with red « C86 » cancels, also forgeries. Noted are 1/2 R olive and 1R magenta pelure papers, 1R on blue wove « no space between UN and REAL », rare satin paper 1/2 R in magenta used (Scott 27 $4’750) with C86 cancel. Following issues represented by an impressive array of varieties, multiples, proofs, covers and postal stationery with highlights far too numerous to elucidate, but a substantial showing of non Scott listed UPU overprints, including covers.
