Tapling in England, father of the famous collector whose collection is now held in the British Library, with three strips of three of the 1856-57 2d blue paying the 3oz rate, mixed margins and tied by « 62 » numerals, despatch cds adjacent and endorsed « per Simla » at left (left side folded behind for display) but seemingly carried by « City of Sydney » to Suez and then by « Teviot » to Southampton, London bs
