1948 Gandhi presentation folder given at the UPU convention in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, with « In Commemoration of the 79th Birthday of Mahatma Gandhi » Portuguese inscription inside, with the three lower values affixed on the adjacent page, some soiling and toning throughout, thought to be the only Gandhi philatelic item ever given or dated on his birthday, extremely scarce and the first example we have ever offered Vente aux enchères
