Note: Shortages of normal stamps in the Manchurian offices during the Civil war in Russia resulted in unorthodox usages, including obsolete ‘Kitai’ stationery 1920加蓋「契丹」於10戈比郵資封寄海參威，銷C.E.R線(滿州里-哈爾濱)火車站’b’25.12.20橢圓戳，有「漏白」，海參威27.12.20到達戳。
備註：因內戰關係，滿州里郵票均缺，須由加「契丹」補充。
