Note: Registered foreign-bound mail required a label in Latin characters, evidently not available at Hailar at that time 1910年中式紅條封掛號寄德國，貼2戈比，3戈比及15戈比票，
3戈比筆銷劃，其它銷海關3型，海爾/ 中國東部鐵路火車站18.6.10戳，另銷翌日戳，西裡爾掛號標籤附手寫「R」拉丁字母。
