Note: Delay in transmission may be attributed to congestion of the railway wih military traffic during the Occupation of Manchuria 旅大：1901年50盧布轉賬往聖彼得堡之表格，表格上預印之郵票銷紫色「旅大/ 3/ 郵政局16 X 1901」戳，旁蓋紫色方型「旅大/301號」戳。1901年11月18日抵達聖彼得堡及於24日完成整筆轉賬。
備註：俄國佔領滿州期間軍事交通導致鐵路擠塞，從而引致金錢轉賬出現延誤。
