Other amazing cachets noted on this most extraordinary and unique item include violet s/l at top TROUPES DE L’INDOCHINE (CAMBODGE) overwritten by manuscript TROUPES DE L’INDOCHINE (LAOS). Also violet circular MISSION D’ETUDE DES CHEMINS DE FER DU HAUT-CAMBODGE, violet s/l LE CHEF DE MISSION and signed.
