Plovdiv-Filibe: 1871 registered cover from Constantinople to Plovdiv bearing Duloz 1869-71 irregular perf. issue 1 piastre yellow and 2 piastres brick tied by clear strikes of Arabic triple-box « Deraliye 81 » handstamp in black (Coles & Walker fig. 20), with Arabic small negative « Taahhüt olunmuştur » (has been registered) seal alongside with bilingual very rare type Stamboul postmark (Coles & Walker fig.24)
