1852-57 6d reddish purple on very thick soft wove paper, large to huge even margins, tied by diamond of bars in black, on cover from Toronto to Rochester, New York, showing Toronto cds & red PAID alongside, missing portion of backflap, an exceptionally fine stamp and very rare in this quality, cert.
