c.1870 mourning envelope to Jassy, registered and franked 18b rose on white wove paper, close margin at base and very large at top and right tied fine Bucuresti cds, framed RECOMANDAT alongside, reverse with further 18b tied similar cds, arrival below, five black wax seals, small fault to envelope at base not unduly detracting.
