1851 2 RBS blue Ferslew printing, with wide and well-balanced margins of very fresh colour and showing clear burelage, obliterated by a light and crisp mute circle cds that was in use through 1851, plate I, type 9 pos. 18, a very rare substituted cliche; signed on reverse by Richter, an extremely fine example of the scarce Ferslew print; cert.
