1940-41, 20k on 50k women’s day, air post stamp with surcharge 20 in violet with thick numerals, unused no gum. One of the major rarities of Tannu Tuva, unpriced in unused in Michel or Scott. Tuwa was until 1914 part of China, when it became a protectorate of Russia; cert. RPS (2023).
