SOMALIA: 1942 (Jun 29) Italian Administration printed envelope sent registered within Somalia to the Nairobi Force, with 2 1/2d and 5d tied by Mogadisgu cds with reg’n label adjacent, British censor at lower left, reverse with “E.A. / A.P.O. 22” and “REGISTERED” cds, trivial cover faults, M.E.F. stamps used in Somalia on non-philatelic mail are very scarce, this is one of only three known internal registered usages, cert.
