1929 PUC small medal head die proof in black on glazed paper pulled in preparation for the 1929 PUC low values, showing the 1913 11 1/2mm medal head as originally produced for the 1912 5d to 1s values with uncleared surround and engraving (reversed) “Medal Head II / 4.4.13” at top and manuscript “Royal Mint 15.1.29” at foot, extremely rare (SG £9’500)
