1866-67 8p roulette I on ordinary paper (v1) pair and single plus pair of scarcer 20p greenish-blue roulette III on grey-blue paper (v2b), all cancelled by long manuscript cross on cover to IRELAND, with small Brahestad cds (16.12.1873) and crayon “3” on obverse, cds of St. Petersburg (10.12.73) and H & K. PACT (26.12.1873) on reverse, very few slightly shorter teeth, earlier by far than the two Finland covers recorded to Ireland in the “Emerald” collection, a showpiece, fine, cert. Schwenson (SEK 22’000 to Great Britain)
