This cover represents the sole evidence of a postal service on the River Zeya, operating from its confluence with the River Amur at Blagoveshchensk northwards to Zeya, about 400km up river. Original of figure in P.E.Robinson “Siberia, & c” (1990), p.177, fig. S2.3.
