1912 French Steamship Agency in Batum printed envelope sent to France, franked on reverse with 50k pair paying 9 times the 10k foreign rate plus 10k registration fee, tied by oval “BATUM-ODESSA STEAMSHIP “d” 28 4 12″ ds, obverse with further strike and Z-type “STEAMSHIP / BATUM-ODESSA” reg’n label (should be R-type for UPU regulations), French re-sealing tape and arrival cds, minor faults obviously caused by the weight of the object sent
