1911 Viewcard of Sevastopol sent to Odessa, written by passenger on board Steamer “Ruslan” with 3k tied by oval “CRIMEAN-CAUCASIAN LINE / STEAMSHIP “g” 5 12 11″ ds in violet with arrival cds adjacent, fine and scarce
The “Ruslan” was a ship of 1’678 tons built in 1904 at Hoboken, Netherlands, and registered at Odessa as belonging to the Russian Transport and Insurance Co. (ROSTRANS).
