1903 20p Finnish stationery envelope uprated 5p addressed to Grimsby posted on “Paquebot S/S ARCTURUS”, cancelled on arrival in Hull, Paquebot handstamp applied (Hosking Type99). Finnish stationery and stamps with value in penni were intended for internal use only and the cover should have been franked with Russian stamps with value in kopecks. The “Arcturus” was a ship of the Finland Sreamship Company (FAA) which ran a service from Helsinki to Hull via Abo and Copenhagen.
