HANKOW: 1910 “KITAI” 14k postal stationery envelope sent to France, cancelled by Hankow 31.5.10 cds (Tchilinghirian type 3B), Baume-Les-Dames bs, probably a philatelic usage as it is overpaying the 10k foreign letter rate, still a scarce usage of this stationery. 漢口:1910年,俄國客郵14戈比郵資封寄法國,銷漢口日戳(1910.5.31)(Tchilinghirian 3B型),亦見銷Baume-Les-Dames日戳,此封可能為集郵用途因為超額支付郵資,但仍為少見的使用紀錄。
