(11.5) and ‘PORT BEIRUT’ c.d.s., all in blue, one of the nicest and most stunning covers known with this issue, marked for conveyance ‘Par Vapeur Russe’ (by Russian Steamer), a superb showpiece and an outstanding exhibition item
