Delivered at the British Post Office in Cairo and postmarked there with the circular datestamp CAIRO / FE 25 70, forwarded to the French Post Office in Alexandria, franked France 1867 20c and 40c, cancelled with the obliterator “5080”, and ALEXANDRIE / EGYPTE / 26 FEVR 70, backstamped on arrival NETTSTAL / 6 III 70, unusual and a very scarce usage
