Jean Bouin (5’000m silver medal winner) large hand-drawn essay in pencil of France’s issue for the 1960 Rome Olympics, 21x29cm, very similar to the issued design, signed at lower right by the artist Albert Decaris, himself a Gold medal winner (and the last ever) for Etching and Engraving in 1948 London, incl. piece with issuedd stamp and FDI cancel
