It bears a large, ornate oval black seal showing Moldavian coat of arms and reading ”Principality of Moldavia, Administrative Council 1845” – very fine, attractive and scarce. Atop of the document there is a manuscript notation reading” This Inam having been used was passed through Treasury and sent to the Controller for investigation” and signed Karanfil. Note: Full translation of the document may be viewed on line. 100 - 150 20011 F 1855 (27.1) Post Ticket ( Post Blanket ): Pre-printed form decorated with the Moldavian Coat of Arms, instructing the Post Directorate to immediately release eight small post horses to Sardar (archaic boyar title) Iancu Vasiliu to go to Totoesti for his own interests. The document bears atop the manuscript word “Bakeu”.
