J. Hewett were proposed for the birth of the first child of Farouk and Farida.  The only logical reason for such a stamp not being issued is based in the Palace decision not to pursue the printing, as a result of their disappointment with the newborn being a girl.  Also of interest was that a name of Fouad was already being proposed if the newborn had been a boy. The future would show that King Farouk’s first son, Ahmed Fouad, will be born from his second wife, Narriman, in 1952. 10091 A C74 1938, Birth of King Farouk’s first child , 5m unissued enlarged penciled essay on a perforated card, with a photographic picture of the Palace, very fine, attractive and a unique essay (Nile Post E473) 800 Do you collect Egypt?
